We are excited to announce, that we will have more than enough time to socalize, shop and learn. We want everyone to feel comfortable and not rushed. You will have more than enough time to meet all of your friends and their dollies!

Cowgirl Theme - Big Boots, Big Hair, Big Attitude is what it’s all about in Dallas TX. You just know they do everything bigger in Texas!!! So round up all your western duds and dress your cowgirl in her best gear! Pretty Farmhands, Rustic Ranch girls, Bohemian Cowgirls, even Dallas Debutantes are all welcome! Secret judges will be chosen at the registration booth to hand out little prizes as we salute those people and dolls that are dressed to impress!

Vendors - We want our vendors to participate in the event, so we have given a 5 hour window frame of straight vending. If a vendor should choose to shut down early or stay open late, is entirely up to them. We are requesting at minimum of 5hrs of selling, if the vendor hasn't sold out by then.

Demonstrations - This year, we will have demonstration tables! We are thrilled to share this new fundamental feature of how to sew, reroot and basic faceups for your Blythe. Come prepared with pen and paper, so that you can take some notes while you're there. If you would like to be a demonstrator, please email us for more details.

Raffles - Our raffle will be held during the event, and during the Extended Release Party.

Group Photo - We are excited to announce that Rosie Red will be making her appearance. She hopes she will see her fellow Rosie Red sisters. If you have a Rosie Red, please bring her for our mega Group Photo! Your Rosie Red girl will receive a special button for participating in the Rosie Red Roundup!

Shortly after our Group Photo, we will take an hour break if you should need to freshen up or grab a bite to eat.
